Testing is about gathering information to bridge the gap between what we know about the system we are testing and what we need to know. The information gathered is needed for our stakeholders to make informed decisions like; “Is the relase good enough to ship?” or “Is the quality good enough?”
To be able to provide this information we must understand and investigate what is important to our stakeholders. Testing is about questioning the product but we also need to ask our
stakeholders the right question to understand how we will question the product.
By knowing how to ask effective questions we will be more likey to succeed in our mission to provide right information.
During the session we will also visualize the information we gather to explore how this can lead to more questions.
